The Importance of Recognizing the Problem: First Stage of the Buying Process
In my experience, I believe that the most important stage in the buying process for one of my target audiences would be “Is this a problem to solve?”. My target audience includes consumers who are more aware of environmental and social issues, which influence their desire for products or services that leave a positive impact. As noted in the article, this awareness influences their purchasing decisions, making them seek products or services that positively impact the world.
For them, recognizing the problem through the lens of Environmental, Social, and Governance factors is the starting point for making responsible purchase decisions. This increased awareness drives their demand for more sustainable and socially responsible options, making this stage crucial in their buying process.
