Is AI Transforming Marketing?

Artificial intelligence is advancing rapidly, and now there’s no world without it. While AI can streamline processes, such as customer segmentation and content personalization, it also risks diminishing originality if over-relied.

AI has completely hindered our thought process in the workforce. It can serve as a tool that can help us complete “simple” tasks, but we can also dive even deeper the more we understand it.

The key is to create a balance - using AI to enhance, not replace, our unique creativity and insights.

AI has already reshaped how we tackle tasks, handling “simple” ones but also opening doors to deeper insights as we master its potential. One example I have been noticing more of is the use of Chatbots and virtual assistants. This automation for companies is a game-changer that allows for improved user experience for customers.
